Office Policies


It is necessary to have an appointment to be seen. We are a referral-based practice. We value our patient’s time as much as our own. We always do our best to not keep you waiting, unless there are unforeseen circumstances with the patient scheduled ahead of you. If we are running late for your appointment, we will make every attempt to call you.

If you are running late, please call us. Depending on the nature of your appointment, we may have you reschedule. Please keep in mind that traffic patterns in this area can be unforgiving, so allow sufficient time to arrive, park, take the elevator etc.

Appointment Cancellations

All appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Missing an appointment for time that was reserved exclusively for you deprives other patients of a time that they may have needed. A fee may be charged for a broken appointment.


We work for you, not your insurance company. We may subscribe to a select few dental plans. Yet only you can decide what kind of care you will receive. Our job is to offer you this care. If you choose to file to insurance, we will do the hard work for you, and submit claims and pre-estimations of benefits with the information necessary, to your insurance company. We can also give you the information if you prefer to file yourself; which generally leads to quicker review and reimbursement to you. Please remember that if we file, we do this as a courtesy to you. Reimbursement from these claims however will come to you the patient rather than to us. You are responsible for your bill, not your insurance company.


Payment is due in full as services are rendered unless arrangements are made in advance. Arrangements can be made in advance of your treatment to allow you to have a payment plan based on either: a monthly credit card transaction or 3rd party low interest financing. We have all the information ready to make these choices work for you. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, or personal checks. No cash please.


We will always protect your right to privacy beyond what is required by law. We collect information about you only with your consent. We will not share your personal information with a third party without your authorization, except to the extent that the law requires it. We may share information about your case with fellow healthcare professionals in order to assist us in providing you treatment. In these situations, it is stressed that the information shared is strictly confidential. We do retain information electronically and to some extent in written form and have in place safeguards to protect both forms of information.
